We want you to be completely satisfied with your island-inspired purchase, which is why we offer a 90-day window for returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. Returns are complimentary for all U.S. orders when using our prepaid shipping labels.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid USPS or FedEx shipping label and print it directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, including the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
